  • All original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and protective plastics on handles or hardware must be intact and unremoved.

  • Items showing signs of wear, usage, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@lvoutletclearance.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Personal Preference: If you are returning the item because of a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Items on “Final Sale” or clearance.

  • Items that have been customized or altered.
